All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. As our items are often one-of-a-kind, this policy ensures the integrity of our curated collections.

Exchange Policy

We understand that sometimes circumstances may require flexibility. While we do not offer refunds, exchanges may be considered on a case-by-case basis. To inquire about an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at founders@ooshbox.com. Kindly include your order number, photos of the item, and details about your concern.

Conditions for Exchanges

Exchanges will only be considered for items that:

• Arrive damaged or defective (with proof of damage).
  

Please note:

• Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged upon arrival.
• Approval for exchanges is at the sole discretion of Oosh.
